To start with, the outside part of the hotel is just amazing, the rooms are spread horizontally across the whole of the land, so no higher buildings more than one level up. I was there for friend's wedding and we stayed in the same hotel where the wedding was, Astir of Paros. In conclusion, nice hotel for Paros (as from all the research we made, there are not any truly 5 stat hotels), which could greatly benefit if the rooms and bathrooms could be renovated and refreshed. The shower gels had very aggressive masculine smell. No bottled complementary water which is usually the case in most hotels in GreeceĦ. Lack of pro-activity and client oriented serviceĥ. Reception staff had language issues and not very helpful when it came to helping out with children sleeping arrangements during the wedding. Thats not very pleasant as i believe toilet paper belongs to toilet and not to a bin next to it.ģ. Everywhere there are signs not to put toilet paper in the toilet. Rooms are outdated, the bathroom doesn't have a shower but a bath with a curtain (!)Ģ. Rooms very clean, but frankly outdated and not up to a 5 star hotel standards.

Restaurant staff very helpful, friendly and service oriented. The beach is private and is literally at the hotelĥ. Amazing sandy beach with very shallow sea level. Next to a golf course were children can play on the grass.ģ. Great pool (also for children) with palm trees providing natural shadow. Lovely view from the hotel grounds to the seaĢ.

We stayed at Astir of Paros for 6 nights for a wedding with our 2 young children (1abd 3 years old). Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort.Finest Punta Cana By The Excellence Collection All Inclusive.Barcelo Bavaro Palace All Inclusive Resort.
